Puff Pastry Pie with Duck - recipe with photo

Puff Pastry Pie with Duck

A wonderful recipe! The dish is a combination of crispy pastry and a juicy, aromatic filling. Instead of store-bought duck fillet, it is acceptable to use chicken (drumsticks are better for juiciness). Using duck specifically is not essential.
