French Sablé Breton Cookies

I recommend trying to prepare this famous French dessert. These are exquisite shortbread cookies that literally melt in your mouth. To achieve the desired structure, the dough must rest in the refrigerator. The specified amount of ingredients will make 15-17 pieces.
