Pineapple Cherry Cake
An airy and delicate dessert. Juiciness and a pleasant acidity are achieved through the combination of cherries and pineapples. If desired, cherries can be replaced with any other fresh or thawed berries (excess liquid should be removed from frozen products). The recipe is for 6–8 servings.
