Lentil Soup with Tomatoes and Ribs
A fragrant, hearty and warming soup. Any meat on the bone can be used as a base instead of ribs, and lentils can be replaced with peas (which will need to be soaked beforehand and cooked longer). The volume of ingredients is calculated for a four-liter pot.
