Stewed Beef with Salted Cucumbers

A hearty and simple dish to prepare, in which the meat turns out juicy and tender. It is recommended to use high-quality tomato paste without excess acidity. Pickled cucumbers can be used instead of salted ones. Rice, potatoes, or a fresh vegetable salad would make a suitable side dish.
