Chicken in Soy Sauce and Ginger Marinade
I'm sharing the easiest way to cook chicken. The dish turns out tender, juicy, and very aromatic. You can use wings or drumsticks instead of a whole bird as a base. If you don't have fresh ginger, use 2 tsp of dried ginger.
