Appetizer Tartlets with Liver Mousse, Cherry Tomatoes and Quail Eggs

A stunning appetizer with an incredibly tender mousse. Quail eggs and cherry tomatoes add brightness to the dish. Small tartlets are recommended. As an alternative to cherry tomatoes, regular tomatoes cut finely can be used, and chicken eggs can replace quail eggs.
