Pork in Lemon Juice and Soy Sauce Marinade
This dish is characterized by its tenderness and expressive aroma. We recommend serving it with rice, which can be complemented with the meat sauce. The recipe is for 3-4 servings.

Ingredients
for 3 servings
- pork 500 g
- soy sauce 150 ml
- lemon 1
- tomato paste or ketchup 2 tbsp
- ground dried ginger 1 tsp
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1 of 6
Zest the lemon (using a grater or a special knife).
Step 2 of 6
Squeeze the juice from the lemon (approximately 50 ml).
Step 3 of 6
Combine ginger, ketchup, zest, lemon juice, and soy sauce in one container. Add pepper (salt is not required, as soy sauce is salty enough). Mix.
Step 4 of 6
Place the meat in the marinade, having previously cut it into pieces 1–1.5 cm thick. Cover with film and leave in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours.
Step 5 of 6
Fry the meat for 5–7 minutes on each side.
Step 6 of 6
Pour in a little marinade. Simmer under a lid until done (about 10–15 minutes). Readiness can be checked with a knife: if clear liquid flows out, the meat is ready.
