Instructions
Step 1 of 15
Soak the bread in milk.
Step 2 of 15
Pass the fillet through a meat grinder.
Step 3 of 15
Grind the onion in the meat grinder and add it to the minced meat.
Step 4 of 15
Add the slightly squeezed bread. Salt, pepper, and mix.
Step 5 of 15
Slice the tomatoes into rounds.
Step 6 of 15
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 7 of 15
I suggest two cooking methods (both options are equally good). For the first method, form patties from the minced meat and coat them in breadcrumbs (I used store-bought ones with added sesame seeds).
Step 8 of 15
Fry the patties in vegetable oil on one side (approximately 5–7 minutes).
Step 9 of 15
Flip and fry on the other side (about 5–7 minutes).
Step 10 of 15
Transfer the patties to a baking pan (I did not grease the pan).
Step 11 of 15
Place a tomato round on top of each patty.
Step 12 of 15
Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees until the cheese melts (about 10–15 minutes).
Step 13 of 15
For the second method, form patties from the minced meat. Place them in a baking pan lightly greased with oil. Put in the oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30–35 minutes.
Step 14 of 15
Remove the pan. Place tomatoes on top of the patties.
Step 15 of 15
Sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees until the cheese melts (about 10–15 minutes). Sprinkle the finished dish with greens.
