Meat Pie with Cheese, Eggs and Onion
This wonderful recipe was given to me by Marina Trubacheva, who inherited it from her mother. I have made some small adjustments and now present it to you. My thanks to Marina; the dish turned out very delicious. I believe that the filling can be varied using potatoes, mushrooms, cabbage or minced meat — there is room for creativity here.

Dough Preparation
Step 9 of 18
Mix the beer with butter. Add a bit of salt and flour. Knead the dough.
Step 10 of 18
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Step 11 of 18
Roll out each part into a circle.
Step 12 of 18
For easier transfer to the baking pan, you can roll the rolled-out dough onto a rolling pin.
Step 13 of 18
Lightly grease the baking pan with oil (I used a pan with a diameter of 20 cm). Place the first layer of dough.
Step 14 of 18
Spread filling No. 1 on top.
Step 15 of 18
Cover with a second layer of dough.
Step 16 of 18
Add filling No. 2.
Step 17 of 18
Cover with a third layer of dough. Pinch the edges (the top of the pie can be brushed with raw egg yolk, I did not brush it).
Step 18 of 18
Make holes with a fork to let steam escape. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 40–50 minutes.
