Baked Pork in Milk under Sour Cream Sauce
A stunning dish! Soaking in milk makes the meat incredibly tender, and pre-frying adds juiciness. If desired, you can skip the frying stage: simply soak the meat, place it in a baking pan, and bake under the sauce. Chicken fillet can be used as a base instead of pork.
