Fried Halloumi, Pear and Smoked Fillet Salad
A hearty and delicious dish with fried halloumi as the main highlight. It is recommended to serve the salad immediately while the cheese is still warm. Firm suluguni or adyghe cheese can be used as an alternative to halloumi. For this recipe, it is better to use a firm pear (for example, the Packham variety). This quantity of ingredients is designed for 6–8 servings.
