New Year's Oat Cookies
The most magical holiday, New Year, is approaching. Since 2014 is the Year of the Horse according to the eastern calendar, I suggest making cookies with rolled oats. Horses love oats very much, so such a recipe will be quite appropriate. In beautiful packaging, this treat will make an excellent gift.
