Baked Beef in a Roasting Bag with Mushroom Sauce
The dish turns out aromatic and juicy, and the flavor is enhanced by the mushroom sauce. Turkey can be used as an alternative to beef, however, its baking time should be reduced. Boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes are recommended as a side dish. The specified proportions are calculated for 6-8 servings.
