Halva Ice Cream Dessert
A great cool dessert with a unique taste thanks to the halva. Sunflower halva was used in this recipe; other types have not been tested. This amount of ingredients makes 10-12 servings.

- cream 33-35% 500 ml
- condensed milk 300 ml
- halva 250 g
- vanilla sugar 10 g

Crush the halva.

Whip the cream.
Step 3 of 6
Mix with vanilla sugar and condensed milk.
Step 4 of 6
Add the crushed halva.
Step 5 of 6
Stir together.
Step 6 of 6
Transfer the mixture to a freezing pan (the author used a 2 liter pan) and place in the freezer for 8–10 hours.
