Tomato Soup with Chickpeas and Minced Meat
A rich, warm, and very fragrant soup! This recipe uses homemade pork and beef minced meat, but any other option can be chosen. Using canned chickpeas helped speed up the process. If using dried chickpeas, they should be soaked beforehand and cooked according to the package instructions.
