Stuffed Peppers with Turkey Stewed in Tomatoes
I am sharing another recipe for stuffed peppers. You can use not only turkey meat but also chicken mince as a base. Thanks to the use of Basmati rice, which cooks quickly, I added it raw. When using rice varieties with a longer cooking time, it should be pre-boiled.
