- butter 150 g
- sour cream 150 g
- eggs 2
- jam
- flour 450-500 g
- powdered sugar

Preparing the dough

Mix softened butter with sour cream.
Step 2 of 10
Add eggs.

Mix the mixture.

Pour in flour and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2–3 mm.

Cut into squares (approximately 5×5 cm).

Apply jam.

Shape the cookies.

Fill a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet with the pieces. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 10–15 minutes.
