Baked Ribs with Pumpkin
A hearty and very delicious dish. Pumpkin pairs perfectly with ribs, and bacon adds juiciness and aroma. Pork ribs are used in this recipe, however, you can use lamb or beef. I recommend keeping the pumpkin, but if desired, it can be replaced with zucchini or marrow.
