Decoration for "Bull" Salad
The approaching year 2021 is under the sign of the Ox. Recently we created a salad in the shape of a little bull. :) I present to you a new decoration option. This method is suitable for both individual molds and a large salad bowl. It is best to use Olivier salad.

- dill
- eggs
- peppercorns
- cloves
- sausage
- cheese
- ketchup
Instructions

Finely chop the herbs.

Grate some of the eggs using a fine grater.

Cut a semicircle and an oval from an egg.

Shape ears from the sausage.

Cut horns from the cheese.

Distribute the salad into individual molds.

Sprinkle with herbs on top.

Place the bull. Use cloves for eyes and peppercorns for nostrils. Use ketchup to depict a hat. Make a pompom and trim from the grated egg white.
