Puff Pastry Rolls with Bacon and Sun-dried Tomatoes
This recipe is as simple and quick as possible, resulting in tender and aromatic rolls. They are a great accompaniment to soup or tea. This version uses homemade sun-dried tomatoes. If you decide to replace them with fresh ones, be sure to remove excess liquid to avoid an overly moist filling.
